My crb was loaded with sand from the last job it did. I may start prevaccing more. Got another shark at big lots. Actually got 4 rockets and 2 professionals now. They had the rockets for $70 and the professional for a $100 refurbished.

I have the hydro filter, the blue plastic one and the big square lint trap the machine came with. I'm in the dentist chair now emergency extraction.

Do I have to polish it every time I use it?

No extraction but a month supply of antibiotics and painkillers. Ugh.

On steroids for poison ivy my ear and jaw hurt can't hear out of my left ear. Going through VA for the ENT.

The steroids stated draining my ears so I'm dizzy all the time and my heart aches from the infection I think. I'm a mess right now. This has been going on for a couple years. Time to get healthy or healthier. It's making work so much more difficult.

I use to grind my teeth real bad. Still childhood issues getting resolved. Been backing off the pop too and other carbonated drinks due to my stomach issues which are heart related.

I also have a high pain tolerance so I don't realize how bad things are till it's to late or it's real bad. I really need to take better care of myself now that I'm in my 50s and not healing like I use to.
