In Texas we have as many homes with tile/stone flooring and pick up these jobs in addition to CCing. The issue has always been getting a good treatment to preserve the clean and maximize profit.

Following 2 years of development and testing I'm selling a NSWR 500 Self-Cleaning, Invisible, 0% VOC stone and tile treatment. It's been doing well on the job as well as at the jan/san stores and now I'm offering in on line. Check it out at http://www.centexgreen.com/products-car ... -treatment

I've even used it on exterior jobs and works great on stone/concrete patios - great way to pick up some $$$$ this spring. Believe me your customers will love it and they'll tell their friends

Cheers,

Mike

Hi Mike;

Looks interesting ...

but self-cleaning is a strong statement for grout.

How does it perform that function ??

Is it a fluorochemical or a silicone type product ?

Self cleaning is a bit strong ..... You can wipe the surface with a damp mop or cloth. The "self-cleaning" is a hold over from exterior use where rain would rejuvenate the surface .... Good catch. I'm going back and changing it to to "Easy" vs. "Self"

Thanks Gentlemen
