Apply neutral to 200' at a time
Agitation
100-200 PSI soft or 4-5 pH rinse via hard surface wand

You don’t want to inject any water into crevices that can’t be extracted.

That's look it might be a soft wood floor. Pine instead of oak or something similar. Easy on the water. It will raise the grain and potentially cause swelling.
