"Have you considered replacing this" were the first words out of my mouth.
Sweet little 82 year old lady's husband passed in March and she's selling her house to move closer to her daughter. She tells me she thinks the olefin family room berber might be 30 years old. I doubt it was that old but it was grungy and worn.
Hot Knife, Spot-N-Boost and 15 minutes dwell and WOW!
It's worked well for me before but I was still surprised how well it cleaned.
