Local Dir and BBB Dir Ads

The Lions Club puts out a local directory. I consistently get about $10000+ busn for a $200 ad. Thought I'd kick it up a notch this year. The lower 1/2 of the ad is basically what I had in the last few years, an 1/8th page. This new ad is a 1/4 page, $300

The BBB Dir I thought I'd be a little daring. There's the 2 big "normal" ads at the top, then my little message in white below. Just got the directory in the mail so I'll have to see how it works.

I dont think you can compete with Sear's exclusive two step process.

I think you're right. They can clean faster and more efficiently, in and out in an hour with $300! Who can compete with that? :roll:

I think you need to send that page into Jay Leno for him to do on headlines. I think it would get on the air. Send the whole page, and highlight a circle around your add.

Seriously, I think you would get some good national exposure.
