I think the pads shine the most getting the last of the dirt, after the heavy soil load is out, or on VERY lightly soiled carpet.

of course you are wrong. After near 50 years cleaning carpets I've never proclaimed that. I've worn out many of those pads, and over 100 earlier version. They have their useful niche, but are not the end-all tool.

Go clean 500 ft with your symex and fiber pads and clean the next 500 ft with one of these microfiber pads put your Cimex pads in the 5 gallon bucket of the hot water and do the same with the microfiber and you tell me which ones removing soil...

We all know the Cimex isn't for removing soil. Neither is an orbital machine using fiber pads. The whole idea is the chemical doing the work, encapsulating the soil ,preparing it for removal by vacuuming. The microfiber pads can both encapsulate and remove soil at the same time. The degree to which it removes soil depends on how often you change the pads. Great on commercial but still not a fan on residential.

I have no illusions about what the Cimex does, or what straight encapsulation does. It makes the carpet LOOK awesome. With practice a 175 does as well.
When the soil load requires it, HWE works great, albeit a bit slower. It removes dirt. However if hoses, security, privacy, or such make that impractical , I'll use absorbent pads.

We all run across regular or first-time customers customers that have virtually no soil load in their carpet, just a few spots ...I'll say it again microfiber pads do a fantastic job of fixing those situations.
You can clean 500 ft² of pile carpet carefully with less than a gallon of water in an ounce of chemical (or none what so ever).. does it get any greener than that?
The carpets dry soft and fluffy and I found that even cornrowing can be removed as well as friction burn marks on commercial glue down
The doors being able to remain closed and the HVAC allowed to do what it's going to do is a big deal especially for the elderly
I've taken my rotary extractor off the truck to make room for my OP which gets far more use these days as I clean for my desired audience..
You old school fucks that want to fight with me on this I really don't give a shit what you guys do with your business but I would like to help out new guys from being close-minded idiots like I used to be and you ...want to be...
