Actually many things are for sure, working small areas put down your favorite megah ot tile prespray scrubbing in with a brown or darker 3M pad under a 175 or OP and don't get distracted with your effing smartphone and let it dry especially if you live in northern Nevada on a breezy day..

this stuff was harder to clean than the limestone that it mimics, super absorbent.. had to go over many areas many many times and the turbo hybrid was streaking the s*** out of it...

But in the end it came out damn near perfect in the customers were thrilled

this unglazed porcelain is NOT super absorbant.... just textured
this is where higher pressures come in handy.

Had a customer with very similiar tile, had a hard time keeping it clean in a well used kitchen. He sued his contractor, went to court and he lost. The textured porcelain was categorized as impervious.
