The Scottsdale Saguaro is a really great location and hotel. It's literally one or two blocks from Old Town Scottsdale, which has the best nightlife if AZ.

I live 35 miles from here and I even booked a room for the event!

I walked all over today.. Amazing little town.

Overall, the facility looks well maintained. Just your normally wear and tear.

Did you notice any trouble areas while you were there? Any concers regarding cleaning?

Just very dirty compared to the St Pete homes.
