I took the ferry over to the island yesterday to slay the ignorance about the recoil, up at 4 only to be an hour early, but the first sailing was full. I waited until the 9 sailing, but when I got over there I found out Foster was sick and couldn't show. As I was gonna use his shop as a proving ground, the monkey wrench got in the works. I did have a nice lunch with Ron Werner and had a peek at the Can Am. Nice unit. Ron's a great guy and it felt like we'd known each other for years.

The moral of the story- $160 and a day off work and no conclusion. Next time I WILL have an extra helping of humble pie for you. You want that with ice cream? :wink:
