Wool carpet

Excellent supplies recommended releasing Ds2 for wool colored rugs,but the ph is 10 so as anybody got any opinion?

Are you talking about oriental rugs or wall to wall wool?

It says in the description of the ds2 that the ph is near neutral After being diluted

Oriental rugs. You are correct Matt, just got information from releasit website. It's just excellent supplies sell releasit carpet solution with the wool friendly logo on ,and I don't think ds2 does.....

We used DS2 on wool all the time.

I wouldn't worry about it. Just for an extra precaution...use cold water with your cleaning process
