and she sounded so normal on the phone....

works in HR at my casino too.
Had she not I would have walked.

Bissell meAtrope edition was so plugged internally it took me a half hour to tear it apart as there was no way my precious Royal was going to touch all the pee and filth.
I can only recall one carpet in the last 30 years that had this much top soil laying on it..
spent an hour and filled the large dirt cup AND the top filter area seven times in 450 feet. Seven times equal a wad the size of a sack of potatoes.

The filters were so plugged with dust that despite repeated whackings, the suction was very low. I wish I could have wet cleaned them..

The devastator filter almost completely filled. Had to weight close to 10 pounds.
360i, wand gro.......
she just called as I'm writing:eekk: this..

totally expecting a "it looks worse now" complaint..

instead I get a looks and feel brand new!

whew!

I must have inhaled a dry cup in dust with that leaky ass POS Bissell.

but I was all smiles....

I'd love to watch a guy who lets his customers pre vacuum for him, and thinks a RE or scrubber is not needed try this one with just his $110K truck and wand.

Yep the only time we do not vacuum something like that is if there is so much p on top of that we do not want to contaminate the vacuum. But we had one the other day we just had to use the vacuum and that vacuum still stinks even after washing it out. I think it is just starting to come around now today where it doesn't stink so bad

It probably changes her entire outlook on things.
What I mean by that is, filth is a symptom of despair, or being overwhelmed. It is the human version of a tired animal not grooming itself.

A really transformative cleaning goes a long way toward restoring her sense of control over her surroundings. It would be interesting to see what else changes for her.

I know a lot of you guys don't like orecks but they had deodorizer pellets that you could put in the bag when it's stinky.

No wonder you don't have to work. You own a casino taking tax payers hard earned money!

Or you could just give a mist of Kill-odor-plus to the cloth bag and save the pellets for shooting squirrels or something....

The problem here is you are still a rookie compaired to me.

I am not hired to clean up neglect and filth, I would have walked which I just did last week. It is your job to define and educate your customer on what is acceptable preparation for your arrival.

Just remember next time you pick the fight to bring a weapon, ignorance is not an excuse:winky:

Call me in your next life when you actualy build a buisness from scratch.
I built two businesses from scratch. The April before I graduated from high school I went out on co-op half a day to start a carpet cleaning business from scratch with my dad. After 15 years some younger siblings started to cause issues so I left and started over from zero with 3 young children and my wife a stay at home mother.
You on the other hand worked for a national franchise to gain knowledge at someone else's expense and then left to start your own business. Two very different scenarios.
