I guess I am truely blessed to have the customers I have. Only occasionally will I run across a carpet that is really dirty. I talked to a fellow cleaner just this past week that cleaned a mobile home where the customer had problems holding her bladder. I would have passed on that one. He is a better man than I for sure.

If you used a better vacuum you'd attract better clients
I did a urine covered rug today. I sprinkeld Pureforce OSR all over it then soaked it with water and scrubbed it in. That rug came out smelling so fresh and clean. This rug stuff is really labor intensive. I can’t wait to get some automated equipment.

Did a 13 story building today. As I'm cleaning the lobby, a lady walks by and says, "I wish I could get you to clean my suite". I reply that it can be arranged for $150. She seems to think the building should pay for it as she is just a renter. She has lived there for 30 years and the building has never cleaned her carpets. My price just went up.
