4m = 45 = 4005

4L = 47 = 4007

5m beats my 4m that was actually properly not performing at 100 percent so was maybe 275 cfm not 300 it was suppose to have. I'll love the difference I'm sure

The shaft configuration is identical between each mfg 1st column and 2nd column unit

However the longer lobed blowers have larger plumbing.

For some reason I always thought a 4m had less power than a 45. After looking at the specs I realize that 2 of my trucks have 45 blowers. I think I was thinking that max rpm was 2600 instead of 3600.

They have different models, 4.2, 4.6, 4.8. each step up has a little more power. I have the 4.2 which is a 4 ml blower.

So great news I have water pressure after bypassing the heat exchanger that was leaking however machine is still shutting down so I need to do a little more investigation.

The COMPONENT manufacturers are pretty transparent and accurate in their numbering nomenclature and description.

HOWEVER:

The truckmount MANUFACTURERS can and do use disguising terminology and misleading model descriptions that are, to put it bluntly, weaselly attempts to mislead.

Bane Clene would remove component ID plates and grind off the rivets before a bit of Krylon artwork.

Other manufacturers use equally misleading model numbers to imply bigger vacuum and performance specifications.

Well it needed quite a bit of TLC but ran and worked fine so long story short I thought well hell I'll tear it down and redo the whole damn thing. I resealed and painted motor, rebearing and powder coated blower. Cleaned up and painted other components, got to the frame which was rusted out on bottom and said yep now it's become to much for me to deal with lol. I just got tired of working on it really. When did you say anything about tearing it down? I must've missed that

I have 3 machines on the bench, plus a trailer full of transplant parts. Will keep me busy this winter playing with them.

SS usually more than 1000, depending on fittings.

Copper, like the Graham helicoil, 700 to be safe.

Garage- built usually less despite any claims.

That's hard to believe simple bc my thermwave 2 has copper engine coolant get echanger but is manual says it can produce 1200 psi?

Depends on the type of copper. Lg heaters range from 600-2200 psi.
