Tencel or seagrass carpets

I am seeing more and more posts about tencel and seagrass wall to wall carpets. Tencel is a form of viscose and is usually found in high end homes. Not really sure what seagrass is except it seems to be similar to hemp. Has anyone been running into these and how have you been cleaning them?

There was a guy I believe in Washington who was doing an entire house of tencel recently. Using a truck mount. Seemed risky to me but I have done large viscose rugs on location, so far with no issues.

Tencel is a brand of Rayon that is, at least, not going to turn yellow when it gets wet. It is less likely to bleed as well. Otherwise, all rayon issues are still present. (High end rayon? Like world famous cow dung!)
Seagrass is made from a reed, and at least won't shrink like other plant fiber rugs. It fades, watermarks and disintegrates though.
