Granted it was in lake Tahoe where I can get away with these prices and I hate to use the term get away cuz it makes it sound like I'm ripping them off but they had plenty of other options.


And because I'm such a nice guy, I fixed a failed grout line on a flagstone entry that somebody had filled with white spackle and this grout color was close enough...

Before I could even get home, they called the book to get the whole upstairs tile cleaned after contrasty it was

If it was worth it to them, and they're satisfied, then I'm sure you haven't lost your right to an air conditioned room in hell when you finally roll off a cliff somewhere in the wilderness of Nevada.

I just enjoy the fact that I told them ahead of time when they called in that after I replaced the tile they were going to want to clean the whole floor. She remarked when "we're not worried about that at this time".. Then when she saw the new tile laying over the mop water coated floor, it raised an eyebrow but she still didn't want to address the issue.

But by the time I was done doing the free grout job downstairs I could tell she was going to be sending pictures to hubby who was out of town. As I said before I even got home. She committed to cleaning the whole place next week..
