New papers filed in the case today:

HRI's response to my objections to their filing of attorneys fees.

Document #210, Page 5, paragraph 1, by HRI:

"Ken Harris is a former defendant in this lawsuit who provided Harris Research with information about Defendants Smith's and Lydon's ongoing infringement of Harris research patents."

So, since Harris Research themselves say that Ken has fed them information...his current sales campaign should not surprise anyone.
