"..."It may not be cheap, but...." sounds an awful lot like, "This is really gonna hurt, but...." And, isn't the point of your copy that it's a better value to outsource to qualified professionals?
Besides, there's no point telling people you're not cheap. Let your marketing imply it for you. Lexus doesn't say, "It may not be cheap, but...." They don't have to. And, a quality product is understood. I'd work towards assuming the same posture.
I'd personalize the experience a bit and put your happy smiling face in the ad. A pleasing picture of you is sometimes more appealing than a picture of a clean floor."
