The back button failure is do to it being a flash site. It loads on the current page, ie loads on the the page the post is on so there is nothing to go back to.

At least I have some before after vids. Awful is better than nothing.

I dont agree, when the difference can not be seen by the human eye it makes YOU look like a nut jOb for posting them.

The site is a work in progress, needs a lot of editing yet. Can you point out the typos Lee, thanks.

Oh, BTW, the stache has been gone since Oct.

I do like the new logo...I think you can do good things with it.

However...

I really don't like the site at all.
First ...it's Flash...and I'm not a fan of flash. Especially for carpet cleaners.
I know it's a work in progress but from what has been done already...it's just not good.

Unless you plan to change everything, I believe you're going down the wrong path.
I have no way of knowing if it's optimized or not but I know Flash sites are harder for SEO....so beware of that.

It's a very dull site...It takes forever just to get to the first photo in the slide show and then it looks like I'm looking through a fogged window. (My computer is pretty fast...I'm talking about the words being typed out on the screen telling your customer what they don't want to hear).

You would be much better off just to do a regular site and I think your customers would like it better as well....Which is really the most important thing.

You've got a great start with the logo....just build on that.

Who is doing your site? Is it you? If it is....stop now and start another one.

What photos were you trying to load/view?
I have a 4 yr old computer, it can load everything about the site in just a few seconds. Pictures look pretty clear. The videos are a little blurry but that's due loss of file size.

I mentioned about the SEO to the site builder and he said it should be fine.
