can a sprayer that small even develop enough pressure to evenly distribute solution through that contraption?

that container would be empty in 15 seconds

an electric would be better and some kind of wheeled apparatus to hold the wand near the floor.
Like those thingies that attach to pressure washing guns, when doing drives and 200 x 25 parking lots
