Changing belts on my PC 405 revealed a brittle and broken 3" exhaust hose. Any max temp specs for a replacement? I was going to use 3" marine exhaust hose.....

As you have noticed, it will fail under the blower heat.

We have 3" OEM quality black exhaust hose in stock. It is rated @ 275° and the most economical.

On our TM's, we use a multi-ply hi-temp hose with formed elbows and 45° elbows (good to 500°).

You also need T-bolt hose clamps.

It is available in straight hose and elbows.

The 4" hose is available.

A few 5" pieces are available. I'll have to check on the 5" elbows.

I have to get it running asap, so I'm going back with marine exhaust. It failed when I tried moving the blower, but it was very brittle. Also, 405s have 3.5", I was wrong about the 3".
