replace every year and you wont have problems.

Why do cleaners wait till they have a problem to fix it. They only find out a part stops working while on a job. Heres a thought, replace it on a regular basis before it goes out and you never have a problem ON a job

But then again, that would require an entirely different mindset.

Monthly accountsthat have both carpets and tile. Employees forget to shut ball valve. And I might have exaggerated by 5.

See all the rubber missing from the old one? A lot of it is in the valves now. Take those apart and clean them too, replace the o rings while you're at it.
