If do water or mold losses in commercial buildings these polyhangers are worth considering.
They make hanging poly sheeting a fast and simple job, simply strap the zip strip to the suspended grid. Then puncture the poly with the pointed end and use the retainer ring to lock and hold the poly to the grid. They are reusable (3-4 times) but over time will break and need replacement.
We usually charge them off to the job and leave them if other work still needs to be done or reuse those that remove intact. It’s fast and makes a great containment, we’ve even used it to provide a wall of separation to block workers from the public eye when doing fire cleanup.
