Guggenheim collection?

Was told this was a part of that collection at one time. Guy bought two rigs same design one smaller than other. They were at a local antique ship who had it on the floor getting walked all over. Pretty cool looking anyway. Wonder what others might charge for this and if anyone knows if it really was part of the collection.
