I have an old wand that Gary (the old owner of TCS) sold me that looks just like that one in storage. It was so poorly welded that the welding beads inside it snagged hair and carpet fibers to the point that it is clogged up inside.

I solved my overspray problems with both of my Ti wands and my GreenBean wand with two 8002 jets on both outside ports.

Which or these fixes was easier?

1. Proper Jets?
OR
2. Turning the key on the Vortex?

That would have to be turning on the key.

I didn't have to do anything for that to be real.
