I toured the NYC House this morning..

95 guest rooms (LVP, only clean the vacant)
12 floors
Carpet in hallways and a common area or two.
A rug or two and some dirty white upholstery..
Parking for two vehicles.
Portables and VLM only.

I need a team of talented and passionate Multi-Surface pros to donate their love and time.
We'd spend an extra day or so exploring The City.
