I like my Panasonic Carpet-Pro commercial vacuum. Customers like because it says "commercial" right on the machine.

I do prefer a vacuum that the customer does not see offered to them for sale on a regular basis such as one sold at any department store or a walmart, so this leaves many options. I went with the pro team. I like the fact that it has a attachment hose, hepa filters and a bag that can just be lifted out and thrown away. I don't know how I feel about all the sensors in it. Though they have not been problematic yet. I did have to take it apart once due to a quarter causing a blockage. Also I always use my vacuum to suck up piles of turds.

my two favorites are the Royal and Proteam's (electrolux) model. My customer loved my proteam so much, they bought it from me. I thought they were crazy, because my proteam was taken in a whole bunch of nasty apartments.
