We would just recommend them. No point in getting in the middle.

I wouldn't recommend or trust this guy with any of your clients rugs. Claiming rugs always increase in value is a classic statement made by many dishonest rug dealers. The vast majority of rugs sold as "investments" in the 70s and 80s are now worth barely 10% of what was originally paid. New production rugs will be worth even less in 30-40 years.
Images of his work on his website look sloppy, mainly showing stabilization of old Karastans not hand made rugs.
Looks like he also does repair of art and antiques, no images of professional tools or equipment for handling any serious volume of rugs. Hardly any client reviews. The ones he posts on his site sound like he takes 2 months to clean a rug, the appraisals given seem about $8-10k higher than real market values....it's all very fishy.( http://www.kcrugcleaner.com/client-reviews.html )

I can't believe I wasted time looking at the website. Maybe the owner needs someone to help him with the spelling and grammar. Maybe he could find a 3rd or 4th grader to help. I am sure it would be an improvement.

As Jordan states, the reviews seem pretty fishy. The certainly appear to have been written by the same person. One claims to have had the rug picked up in October and finally delivered just in time for Christmas...
