sucks..my lead guy just gave notice today

he has been with me for over 2-1/2 years..i have him trained to the teeeee and he was ready to fly solo by the end of summer.
he really misses his family and is moving to Cedar Rapids Iowa..
anyone that has a company there will be doing themselves a huge favor by picking him up..he is awesome and i will miss him..
i have my feelers out and will be training someone in the next few weeks..he is leaving at the end of july.

not all training just working with me, we are putting another truck on the road and it would be his.
he was ready to roll a long time ago and go's out all the time alone.

mikey...you have to dump the v and get a butler or i can get you one..you
can be my stone guy..we have lots of it here and i am missing the ball as of now..
i will pay you 30% and let you sniff my dirty sockes at the end of every day..

Mikey, Im already running you out of town, I have only been there for a month now
and it didnt take long.. lol

I just got back from there today been there the last 4 days.
I will be back in August. On my next trip I like to go see Greenie
