did you try acid etching when you got the uneven results? i just wonder because I can usually fix that with acid but I did have one floor that ended up like that and acid made it worse.

We clean with an acid and citrus boost mix. It degreases and etches. That grout was stained beyond help. Did a demo clean and a demo seal. Highest price but only one who did a demo. Sold!
