Does any HX machine smaller than a 570 hold heat at 1000 psi+?Horrible
Or use propane.Hold?
Doubtful.
But hook up to a hot water supply and your good
Have you done the math on the price difference between a propane unit and a 570? And added the extra cost of propane over a year in that formula?Or use propane.
Life is always going to be risky...
That's a great point and I have thought about it.Have you done the math on the price difference between a propane unit and a 570? And added the extra cost of propane over a year in that formula?
Drop the idea of needing just a 45 blower. Because too much suction is better than not enough. As for water being sent to the waste tank for regulating heat...that’s old Texas engineering. Both legend and Hydramaster truckmounts can regulate heat without bypass for 30min with the wand not moving. That's a great point and I have thought about it.
However, what size unit would one need to buy to get consistent 230-250 degree heat all day long, without sending one drop of perfectly good water to the waste tank to regulate heat?
I do 100-150 ft hose runs so need nothing more than a 45 blower. Spending thousands more to just get better heat would buy lots and lots of propane and still wouldn't give me the same heat.
I am on and off trigger with turbo spinner most of the time. Normally work in 30-40 m2 sections stopping and starting. In Australia there’s a reasonable price difference with 370ss and Peak too. Can’t get Judson in Australia like I don’t think unless there’s a distributor I dont know about?Horrible if you sit on the trigger
But there are ways around it..
how are your hoses holding up Matt? Both legend and Hydramaster truckmounts can regulate heat without bypass for 30min with the wand not moving.
My lead hose is weakening because I have my temp set above the hose's max on the nasty jobs.how are your hoses holding up Matt?
hmm thats gonna be hard to find a solution tooMy lead hose is weakening because I have my temp set above the hose's max on the nasty jobs.
The section closest to the machine will be hotter than the lead, unless using only one section. My lead hose is weakening because I have my temp set above the hose's max on the nasty jobs.
That's why I'm asking all the other guys with the big machines what hose they use.hmm thats gonna be hard to find a solution too![]()
turn down your heatThat's why I'm asking all the other guys with the big machines what hose they use.
