JonDon of course.

Easy ordering
No hackle pricing
Returns phone call asap if sales, tech repair are jammed
Knowledgeable
Great burgers at customer appreciation day
All you can eat at customer appreciation (VERY VERY IMPORTANT!)
Tom one of my long time favorites at Langahorne location
Bill Y one of the best instructors and probably around the longest since Methuselah?
Super fast shipping (next day if within range)
No politics on the bulletin boards/forums unlike Joe Butstool of dishonest cleaner
Does not behave like school yard little girl taking back her jump rope if you purchase from other venders or share honest experience and verbalize the truth on bb's unlike Joe ButStool of Dishonest Cleaner
Does not steal other people's ideas and remakes/renames them inferior

I've even heard they have the best TM guareentee in the business?

The best experience since my first class back at the King of Prussia location. Back then I thought I I was in carpet cleaners heaven surrounded by all kinds of cleaning gadgets. Was sick as a dog with a real bad cold…I'll never forget that day. Met a few good friends that day and over the years.

There are other cool vendor experiences but JD sticks out for me.

Looking forward to this years Customer Appreciation Day.

(Disclaimer: no shills here only free burgers once a year)

I think you left MB over the buttstool, I'm glad you saw the light and are back.

Don't feel bad, I've ran out of I Told You So labeled yard sticks...

Sam Miller was the latest recipient..

Time wounds all heels..

Sure does…hope the poor fella gets helps soon. I mean really…if ya got thinking challenges… get help. Who here don't have mind challenges…look at Jimmy or Marty…One flew over Mikey's nest. One day all is good, the next morning you're his worst enemy. Or hire someone to deal with everyday customer and hang out back counting the beans if the world is a problem to you.

When I need something, their shipping is great next day! They do over package and shipping is very costly..

I ordered a throttle cable for my Apex, and they sent me one for the the Peak(this is after talking to a specialist, and he assured me it was the same one, and I had to pay for the return freight).. Moron(at least a foot difference)!! I go local with most my stuff these days..

That's your problem right there. Talking to a "specialist"

oh yes Larry Cobb. I called him a few weeks back for a chem question. Got him on the phone after going thru security and few rodeo cowboys…took about a minute of wait time too long.
He took the time to explain a few things and with no obligation. How cool was that. Thanks again Larry.

Eric Schaper of Schaper's Supply is another guy that will take your call and help. Met the old man George Schaper before he passed away years ago. Sold me my first WaterClaw. Nicest guy on the planet. His son Eric is just as humble.

Yes Larrys the one or Mrs. Larry or Ray knows most things or finds out the answer. Hard to find the correct person that knows the total operation of each company. Most companies that have more than two people working are not able to answer your question so they hope they transfer you to someone else and good luck there. jz.

Eric is a great guy. It's been fun to watch him take over from his Dad and thrive in the business and his personal life and grow his family. We bought both of our TMs from him and used them exclusively for years.

After attending SFS for the first time we started going to Jon Don more and more. Wowed by their customer service. We found Dean at Schaper's very skilled but a bit rough around the edges to work with at times. Ultimately Jon Don is easier for us to get to so we've been doing most of our business with them the past few years. They actually fixed an issue with our Cleanco that Dean was never able to and was an issue from the install.

We are really lucky to be in an area where we are close to more than one great distributor.

That squeaky belt fixed yet? How many times you been there for it?
Had to go back twice, but it seems to be fixed now. They laser aligned the pulleys and everything is quiet now.

I felt sorry for TCS. They paid out of their profit to have Cleanco install my unit only to have to fix a Cleanco install. Hope Cleanco reimburses them.
