Just spent the week at the Wizard Academy in Austin. Totally revamped our restoration side of the business. New name, new marketting campaign, new logos, etc. VERY humbling. and I mean VERY Humbling. Thought I knew everything there was to know about marketing walking into this class. I was wrong! Totally wrong. Best $6k I have ever spent. SFS gets carpet cleaning. Wizards totally gets marketing and how and why it works. If you can't afford the class; At least buy one of his books. If you are in Atlanta- ignore this post! :-)

Its all about conceptualizing- nothing specific.
Nothing determined to be worng- just have ideas on how to do it better
Buy one of Roy Williams books- you wont regret it
