Yellowing in carpet

What causes this beside pet piss? What do you use to treat or correct?

could be a plant stain, could be from the rubber of a rug, could be a bad dye.

I have a commercial custy that had new carpet put down then they put a rubber back runner over the top and there are two big orange spots about a foot and a half accross tried "things" with no results.

what do you think?

What about oxidation itself. Or BHT. What about years of sunlight. There are many factors. Also off gas from certain wood and glues they use for toungue and groove floors.
